This Task reorganizes tables of standard error metrics from Task 2 I.
Separate tables are available for each meteorological field, each statistic, and each time averaging technique (all hours, daytime (12-23 UTC) and nighttime (0-11 UTC).
Each row represents a state/RPO, while each column represents a month of the year.
